How much does it cost to finish a basement?
It depends on the size, what is already there, and what you want in the space, such as a bathroom or bar. Sean gives you a free, written estimate after he sees it.
Can you add a bathroom in the basement?
Yes. We have built basement bathrooms as part of basement projects.
My basement gets damp. Can you still finish it?
Moisture has to be dealt with before finishing. Sean will look at it during the estimate and tell you honestly what needs to happen first.
