Do you really answer at night and on weekends?
Yes. Emergency service is 24 hours a day. Call 267-738-1994.
What should I do while I wait for the tarp?
Stay safe first. Move valuables away from the leak, put down buckets or towels, and take photos of the damage if it is safe to do so. Do not go up on the roof yourself.
Will my insurance cover storm damage?
That is between you and your insurance company, and it depends on your policy. We document the damage and give you a detailed repair estimate, and we work alongside your insurance adjuster or a licensed public adjuster if you hire one. See our insurance claim repairs page.
