After storm, wind or water damage, you have enough to deal with. Sean Carry Construction takes care of the construction side: securing the property with tarping or board-up, meeting your adjuster on site, documenting the damage, writing a detailed repair scope and estimate, and doing the repairs.
We work alongside your insurance company's adjuster, or a licensed public adjuster if you choose to hire one. To be clear about our role: we are your contractor. We do not handle, negotiate or settle insurance claims. Your claim stays between you, your insurance company and any adjuster you hire.

Do you deal with my insurance company for me?
No. We are your contractor, not your adjuster. You stay in charge of your claim. We give you and your adjuster the documentation and repair estimate, and we meet the adjuster on site to walk the damage.
What is a public adjuster?
A licensed public adjuster is a professional you can hire to represent you on your insurance claim. Whether to hire one is your decision. If you do, we work alongside them on the construction side.
Can you start before the claim is settled?
We can do emergency tarping, board-up and securing right away to prevent more damage. For the permanent repairs, we will talk through timing with you.
