Additions vary a lot with size, foundation, roof tie-in and finishes. Sean gives you a free estimate after seeing your house and talking through what you need.
Do I need a permit for an addition?
Additions almost always need township permits. We handle the plans and permits for you as part of the job.
Can you match an older stone or brick house?
Yes. We have added dormers and new rooflines to older stone homes, and we plan the materials so the addition fits the house.
